Here's how to create your own collectible image though chatGPT.
1. Choose your photo.
2. Log in to chatGPT AI.
3. Chat/make a request like "create an action figure..." Up to you how ridiculous it can get :)
4. Send/upload. No photoshop skills needed.
5. Wait for the results.
6. Edit as you wish.
