LID: Kimchi quickie

Ingredients:

Lettuce cut in bite size
garlic
onion

Seasoning:
1 tbsp non-iodized salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
pepper powder as desired
1 tbsp sesame oil

1.  Mix all the seasoning ingredients.
2.  Pour on lettuce and mix with hands.
3.  Store in a bottle and keep refrigerated.
